If you are a previous user of these services, when logging in for the first time after the update, you will need to verify your identity and reset your password. During the identity verification, you will be asked for your Member or Account Number. If you have several accounts, please use the lowest account number you have. Usually, this will be the number of the first account you opened at PSFCU.
