- Requests should be submitted using the Organization’s Name the Tax ID was issued to
- Dedicated for a “not-for-profit” status – e.g. IRS (501) C (3)
- Organizations are active PSFCU partners and promoters
- Requests should clearly define the purpose of the donation and funds allocation
- Submission of applications is conducted on a continuous basis
- The applicants will be informed of the result regardless of the decision
Donations above $20,000 require providing additional information:
- The most recent financial statement;
- The number of members of the organization;
- Detailed plan how the donation money will be allocated;
