Annual Meeting of the PSFCU

The Annual Meeting of the Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union was held on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at the PSFCU Operations Center in Fairfield, NJ. 

During the meeting, PSFCU members listened to reports on the results of our Credit Union’s operations during fiscal 2023 presented by the Chairman of the PSFCU Board of Directors Krzysztof Matyszczyk, Treasurer of the PSFCU Board of Directors Bogdan Ogorek, Chairman of the PSFCU Supervisory Committee Artur Dolega and PSFCU President/CEO Bogdan Chmielewski. At the end of fiscal 2023, PSFCU assets amounted to $2.52 billion, deposits equaled $2.41 billion, and the total loans granted increased to a total of $1.50 billion. As a result of our operations, the net income reached the record amount of $20.1 million. 10,034 new PSFCU members opened their accounts during fiscal 2023, which is also a record for our Credit Union. Board of Directors Chairman thanked all PSFCU members for their loyalty and trust in our Credit Union

During the meeting, it was announced that Ms. Malgorzata Czajkowska, Dr. Iwona Korga, Mr. Bogdan Ogorek, and Mr. Franciszek Piwowarczyk will serve new 3-year terms on the PSFCU Board of Directors.

Following the Annual Meeting, the newly constituted Board of Directors met to select its Executive Committee. During the coming year, the committee will be composed as follows:
-    Chairman – Krzysztof Matyszczyk 
-    1st Vice Chairman – Henry Walentowicz, Esq.
-    2nd Vice Chairman – Mariusz Sniarowski, Esq.
-    Treasurer – Leszek Wojtkowski 
-    Secretary – Malgorzata Gradzki
