PSFCU World Soccer Championships Tickets Photo Contest

Official Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor

The PSFCU World Cup Tickets Photo Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union (“PSFCU”) (the “Sponsor”).
This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open exclusively to natural persons who are members of PSFCU in good standing at the time of entry and prize award.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate or win:

• Minors under the age of 18;
• Employees, officers, or directors of PSFCU;
• Immediate family members and household members of PSFCU employees, officers, or directors.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Period

The Contest consists of two phases:

Entry Period:
From May 1, 2026, through May 15, 2026.

Voting Period:
From May 16, 2026, through May 31, 2026.

Winners will be announced after June 1, 2026.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, eligible participants must complete all of the following steps:

1. Like and share the PSFCU Facebook post announcing the ticket giveaway;
2. Post a comment under the Contest post containing an original photograph that:
   • Shows the participant’s current or past location;
   • Clearly features a PSFCU credit or debit card;
   • Is original, unaltered, and not AI-generated;
   • Has not been edited using Photoshop or any other image‑editing software.

Limit one (1) photo entry per participant.

5. Photo Requirements and Content Restrictions

Submitted photos must:

• Be the original work of the participant;
• Not infringe upon any third-party rights;
• Not contain obscene, offensive, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate content, as determined by PSFCU in its sole discretion.

PSFCU reserves the right to disqualify any photo that does not comply with these requirements.

6. Voting and Selection of Winners

On May 16, 2026, PSFCU will repost all valid photo submissions on its Facebook page.

Facebook users may vote by liking their favorite photo during the Voting Period.
Photos receiving the highest number of likes at the conclusion of the Voting Period will be selected as potential winners.

In the event of a tie, PSFCU reserves the right to apply additional criteria or conduct a tie‑breaker at its discretion.

7. Prizes

Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to upcoming World Cup knockout stage matches.

Prizes are:

• Non-transferable;
• Not redeemable for cash;
• Subject to availability and any restrictions imposed by the ticket issuer.

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Winner Verification and Notification

Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility, including confirmation that they:

• Are PSFCU members in good standing;
• Are not minors;
• Are not PSFCU employees or family members of PSFCU employees.

Winners will be contacted via Facebook Messenger using the account associated with their entry.

Participants must have Facebook Messenger settings that allow PSFCU to send messages.
If:

• A participant cannot be contacted;
• Declines the prize; or
• Is found ineligible,

the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entrant with the highest number of likes.

9. Rights to Submitted Content

By entering the Contest, participants grant PSFCU a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display submitted photos for promotional, marketing, and informational purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless PSFCU, Facebook, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of any prize.

PSFCU is not responsible for:

• Technical malfunction of Facebook;
• Late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries;
• Unauthorized human intervention.

11. General Conditions

PSFCU reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if circumstances beyond its control compromise its integrity;
• Disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or tampers with the Contest process.

All decisions of PSFCU are final and binding.

12. Governing Law

The Contest and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

No Purchase or Consideration Required

No purchase, payment, deposit, or financial transaction of any kind is required to enter or win this Contest.
Making a purchase, maintaining an account, or conducting business with PSFCU will not increase a participant’s chances of winning.

This Contest does not require the opening of a new account.

Eligibility Governed by Applicable Law

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including consumer protection and promotional contest laws of New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Connecticut, Florida, and Pennsylvania, where applicable.

Void where prohibited by law.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on:

• The number of eligible photo submissions received; and
• The number of valid likes received during the Voting Period.

No element of chance is intended beyond public voting.

Taxes

Prizes may constitute taxable income.
Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize, including any reporting obligations imposed by their state of residence.

PSFCU reserves the right to issue any tax forms required by law.

Right to Winners’ List

Residents of New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Connecticut, Florida, and Pennsylvania may obtain the names of winners by submitting a written request within 60 days after prize award notification to:

Requests must include the requester’s full name and mailing address.

Facebook Disclaimer

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
By participating, entrants release Facebook from any responsibility or liability related to this Contest.

Reservation of Rights

PSFCU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if required by law or if circumstances beyond its control compromise the integrity, fairness, or proper administration of the Contest.

All decisions of PSFCU are final and binding.

Preservation of Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, limit, or waive any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable state or federal law.
