Announcement: PSFCU Board of Directors Election Results

The Annual Meeting of the Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union took place on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at the PSFCU Operations Center in Fairfield, New Jersey.

During the meeting, PSFCU members heard reports on the Credit Union results for fiscal year 2018 and asked questions about PSFCU-related issues important to them.

One of the items on the agenda was the announcement of the Board of Directors election results. Candidates to the Board of Directors received the following number of votes:

Marek Chrzaszcz - 544

Pawel Maciag, Ph.D. - 827

Pawel Maciag - 439

Krzysztof Matyszczyk - 2 040

Mariusz J. Sniarowski, Esq. - 1 870

Malgorzata Wadolowski -  1 333

Henry Walentowicz, Esq - 1 751
 

The following candidates were elected to the three vacant Board seats:

Mariusz J. Sniarowski, Esq.

Henry Walentowicz, Esq.
 

ELECTION SUMMARY:

Valid Returns by Internet - 942

Valid Returns by Mail – 2,576

Valid Returns – 3,518

Total Ballots Distributed – 86,836

Percent Returned – 4.47%

We congratulate our newly elected Directors. We would also like to thank the outgoing Directors Ms. Malgorzata Wadolowski and Mr. Pawel Maciag, Ph. D for their engagement and dedicated volunteer work during the past three years.
