Announcement: PSFCU Board of Directors Election Results

The Annual Meeting of the Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union took place on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at the PSFCU Operations Center in Fairfield, New Jersey.

During the meeting, PSFCU members heard reports on the Credit Union results for fiscal year 2017 and asked questions about PSFCU-related issues important to them.

One of the items on the agenda was the announcement of the Board of Directors election results. Candidates to the Board of Directors received the following number of votes:

Elzbieta Baumgartner – 1,341

Halina Bielowicz - 659

Andrzej Cierkosz - 628

Malgorzata Czajkowska – 2,127

Bozena Kajewska-Pielarz - 685

Iwona Korga, PhD – 2,256

Bogdan Ogorek – 2,329

Franciszek R. Piwowarczyk – 2,319

Iwona Podolak – 1,144

Danuta Sieminski – 1,644

Marzena Wierzbowska – 1,250
 

A total of 5,048 valid votes were cast in this year’s election. The following candidates were elected to the four vacant Board seats:

Iwona Korga, PhD

Bogdan Ogorek

Franciszek R. Piwowarczyk

ELECTION SUMMARY:

Valid Returns by Internet - 1,151

Valid Returns by Mail – 3,897

Valid Returns – 5,048

Total Ballots Distributed – 83,509

Percent Returned – 6.55%

We congratulate our newly elected Directors. We would also like to thank the outgoing Directors Ms. Elzbieta Baumgartner, Ms. Bozena Kajewska-Pielarz, Ms. Iwona Podolak for their engagement and dedicated volunteer work during the past three years.
